I started four days ago and have noticed a decrease in appetite = less eating. I need to lose 10 pounds. I started at and after four days at . I have ate healthy, no major junk food, cravings are subsiding. I also have exercised regulariy. My problem is the timing of 30 minutes before a meal with water. I usually take right away in the morning but then have only wanted an egg or something so I don’t know if that is the garcinia or what. I need to just not eat when I’m not hungry and eat when I’m hungry.
